The rules that govern your use of Proseafarers.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Proseafarers, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Proseafarers on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Proseafarers. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity or qualifications, scrape the platform, attempt to interfere with security, post unlawful or discriminatory content, or use Proseafarers to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law.
Data & privacy
Your use of Proseafarers is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and share your data, and the rights you have over it.
Liability
Proseafarers is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proseafarers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
